Key Responsibilities- Provide document management support for WTCC Maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of work packages and projects.
- Assist Field Engineering and planners with ensuring the latest drawings/documents are available for work packages, utilizing software and electronic data tracking systems.
- Perform data entry in CMMS to maintain logs and track documentation as required, and export and distribute tracking reports as requested.
- Assemble documentation work packages for Craft personnel and maintain work package libraries.
- Interface with project personnel, providing support and responding to questions, and perform other duties and assignments as directed by supervisor.
- 2-4 years of related experience in document management, administrative support, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in data entry, with the ability to demonstrate skills through a test.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
