Educational Support Specialist


The Educational Support Specialist plays a vital role in assisting educators and learners to ensure that every student receives optimal educational experiences throughout each session.

This position also involves providing administrative support to management in various clerical tasks within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize student materials and binders before each instructional session begins.
  • Coordinate and celebrate weekly student milestones and achievements.
  • Develop daily schedules and seating arrangements as directed by management.
  • Welcome students warmly and guide them to their designated areas each session.
  • Supply additional resources to educators as required and requested.
  • Assist educators in delivering tailored lessons to individual students needing extra help.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records with zero discrepancies.
  • Lead engaging learning activities for the entire class at the end of each session.
  • Support the administration of progress assessments and initial diagnostic evaluations.
  • Communicate with parents via calls or messages when a student is absent from their scheduled session.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to enhance the overall effectiveness and service quality of the center.
Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses strong reading and writing skills at a collegiate level, with proficiency in mathematics up to Algebra.
  • Exhibits a warm and enthusiastic personality, eager to engage with students.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive outlook.
  • A proven self-starter with a proactive approach is essential.
  • Passionate about working with children and supporting their academic success.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is an added advantage.

Available Hours:
**Flexible scheduling options are available, with needs primarily during weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
