Job Description

Position: Client Relations Coordinator

Location: Arlington, VA (100% Onsite)

Contract Duration: 6+ months (Potential for permanent placement)

Role Overview:

This temporary position is an integral part of the Flight Team within the Integrated Operations Division. The individual in this role will provide essential support to employees regarding operational, administrative, and personnel-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone inquiries, address general questions, and assist with in-person visitors.
  • Support the Flight Management Staff by completing special projects and performing additional tasks as directed by a Supervisor/Manager.
  • Manage reimbursement processes, assist with pilot leave administration (including LTD/FMLA/MLOA/IOD), maintain personnel files, update iPads, manage webpage content, process emergency travel requests, and handle uniform item issuance/logging, training hotel requests, parking hangtags, ID badges, and SIDA badges.
  • Travel to provide support for co-terminal and satellite stations as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various departments both within and outside the organization.
  • Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by a Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Publisher (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (mandatory).
  • Understanding of the pilot collective bargaining agreement (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SABRE (DECS and RES) systems (preferred).
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person (mandatory).
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects concurrently (mandatory).
  • Typing speed of 25 to 49 words per minute (mandatory).
  • Must meet FAA criminal background check requirements for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable (mandatory).
