Position Summary:
The Customer Service Manager (CSM) plays a pivotal role in establishing new client accounts, conducting initial reviews of customer invoices, and assessing relevant vendor invoices related to network services. The CSM collaborates closely with IT Product/Services teams, Finance departments, customers, and vendors to ensure the billing processes for all IT products and services are executed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee intricate orders from Network Account Managers and other teams. Develop and finalize all customer-facing documentation associated with service orders, including support for Opentext mailbox services.
- Address and resolve vendor invoice disputes directly with service providers, coordinating with the Finance team on necessary credits.
- Lead monthly reconciliation meetings regarding vendor invoices with Network Account Managers and relevant AAMVA Product/Services stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments to initiate or terminate customer billing for network services and other IT products/services.
- Thoroughly review all new customer billing prior to the issuance of final invoices to prevent any billing discrepancies.
- Evaluate accounts receivable during monthly meetings, follow up with clients, and escalate issues to second-level collections as required.
- Collaborate with potential clients and internal teams on contracts and implementation processes.
- Update and manage catalogs for Government and Private Sectors as necessary.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of AAMVA IT products and services.

Qualifications:
Education: A two or four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in managing billing processes for IT products/services, including telecommunications and data exchange applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong self-motivation and the capacity to work independently.
