ROLE OVERVIEW
This position acts as a vital support to the Director of Human Resources, collaborating closely to oversee a range of HR-related administrative functions and initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the Human Resources communication channels, addressing common inquiries from applicants and staff regarding standard policies, benefits, and hiring processes; escalate complex queries to senior HR personnel as necessary.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of human resource records, maintaining organized and up-to-date files.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR documentation to confirm compliance and proper filing of essential documents.
  • Handle HRIS transactions as required.
  • Generate HR reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare essential HR documentation and process Personnel Action Requests.
  • Update staff directories and organizational charts as necessary.
  • Support the payroll department by providing relevant employee data.
  • Manage departmental expense reports and maintain an organized receipt library.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of recurring HR events and initiatives, such as benefits enrollment and training sessions.
  • Provide assistance for various HR projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources is preferred.

  • Dependable, humble, and committed to our mission.
  • Successful completion of a TB test and background check is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The starting hourly wage for this position is $25.00.
