As a Human Resources Coordinator I, you will gain valuable experience while providing essential support to the Business Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Staffing the Human Resources front desk, serving as the initial point of contact.
- Learning to communicate effectively and respond to HR inquiries from employees and external entities, both in person and via phone.
- Assisting with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and conference room reservations.
- Ordering supplies, processing invoices, and handling Verifications of Employment and I-9 forms.
- Managing timekeeping tasks and contributing to special projects and programs, such as Wellness Initiatives and Employee Recognition Events.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining confidential Human Resources files.
- Purchasing items using a credit card or requisition through Oracle.
- Assisting with data entry tasks and disseminating information.
- Distributing documents to staff members.
This role will allow you to showcase your customer service abilities, professionalism, attention to detail, and capacity to operate within confidential settings.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include:
- An Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or
- Two years of related administrative support experience.
Licensing Requirements:
A valid California Class C Driver's License or equivalent is required at the time of application.
