Head of Partnership Development

As a Senior Director or Director, Publisher Partnerships at adMarketplace, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with our publisher partners. This role will optimize existing publisher relationships, drive revenue growth, and foster productive collaborations with our partners. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities for expansion within our existing partner network.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with publisher partners for smooth communication and collaboration
- Drive revenue growth across new and existing publishers using insights and strategies to optimize performance
- Contribute to strategic account planning to grow and develop key publisher partnerships
- Manage and coach team members to develop talent, foster career growth, and support partnerships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years of account management or other client-facing experience
- Knowledge of data, revenue projects, and opportunity analysis
- 1-3 years of management experience
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer experience
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
- Understanding and calculation of basic Media Math
- Knowledge of the competitive digital landscape
- Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
