As a Senior Manager, Financial Partnerships in the Americas, you will play a key role in building strategic banking partnerships to deepen our product capabilities and expand into new markets.

">Responsibilities:
  • You will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive banking partnerships strategy for the Americas, focusing on US and Canadian markets. This involves managing existing partnerships, evaluating new opportunities, and acting as the primary point of contact between Airwallex and its partners.
  • Your expertise in commercial negotiation and partnership sourcing will be crucial in identifying and evaluating potential partnerships that align with our vision for a leading payments network.
  • You will conduct market research to stay informed about the competitive landscape and ensure Airwallex maintains its position as a payment leader.
  • In addition, you will coordinate due diligence processes with prospective partners and oversee the onboarding process with new partners.
Requirements:

We're looking for an experienced professional who meets the minimum qualifications for this role.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnerships or product roles at fintech companies, banks, or major card schemes.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and partnership sourcing skills are essential.
  • A solid understanding of compliance and onboarding with global and regional banks is required.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams, is necessary.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
