Strategic Rollup Partnership Developer

Gelato is an all-in-one Ethereum Rollup as a Service Platform built without limits, designed to be super-fast, incredibly secure, and infinitely scalable. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of web3 technology to create a more transparent & democratic digital life for humanity.
As a Strategic Rollup Partnership Developer, you will play a key role in driving our rollup market forward in North America. Your responsibilities will include:
- Spearheading sales calls, conducting RaaS demos, and onboarding new partners
- Creating and owning your pipeline focused on rollups
- Owning the NA rollup market and reporting directly to the Head of Business Development
- Researching new ways to use Gelato products for new partners
We're looking for someone with at least three years of experience in web3, technical selling experience, preferably web3 infrastructure solutions, and a deep understanding of the current L1/L2/L3 ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of creating strategic partnerships with L1/L2 ecosystems and be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambitious targets. You should also be well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, a fully remote team with members from around the world, and opportunities to travel and connect with key players in the industry. You'll also join the "Gelato Legendary Member Club" and work directly with the founders.
