About the Job

Chapter is looking for a Head of Enterprise Partnerships and Growth to drive our strategic partnerships forward. As a key leader on our Business Development & Partnerships team, you'll oversee the growth and development of our partnerships, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership growth strategies, driving growth and revenue
  • Leverage your expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance ongoing partner development efforts
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success in growing strategic partnerships
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Data-driven approach, with experience analyzing market trends and developing strategic plans
