Position: Pipe Lining Sales Manager

We specialize in Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining and are seeking a dedicated Pipe Lining Sales Manager to contribute to our growth.
Role Summary:
This full-time role demands expertise and commitment. The Pipe Lining Sales Manager will be tasked with diagnosing drainage problems, educating clients, and guiding them towards informed purchasing decisions. This position also involves training and supervising the installation team to ensure adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate should be self-sufficient while closely following directives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose drainage blockages and issues.
- Evaluate and implement the most effective techniques to resolve customer drainage concerns.
- Conduct drain cleaning, jetting, or cable work necessary for camera inspections.
- Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate effective education on optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure business success.
- Engage actively in training sessions, meetings, and industry events.
- Develop and mentor installation crew members to ensure project success.
- Maintain drain cleaning and camera equipment through regular upkeep.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Pipe Rehabilitation Sales (CIPP or SIPP) is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds.
- A hands-on, solution-oriented approach is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility in working hours is important.
- A team-oriented mindset is essential.
