Starling is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at The Grove at Countryside, a luxurious senior living community in the Tampa Bay area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and achieving occupancy and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Successful Sales Strategy
    • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to attract and convert leads into residents
    • Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through various channels, including referrals and public events
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion and sales techniques
    • Collaborate with the community team to ensure smooth operation of the sales office and achieve occupancy and revenue goals
  • Build Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high resident satisfaction and retention
  • Represent the Organization
    • Represent Starling at public events and community functions to promote the community and build relationships with potential customers
  • Comply with Laws and Company Policies
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
    • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living sales
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Expert knowledge of upscale retirement housing sales and marketing techniques
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
