Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute a Successful Sales Strategy
- Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to attract and convert leads into residents
- Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through various channels, including referrals and public events
- Drive Sales Growth
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion and sales techniques
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure smooth operation of the sales office and achieve occupancy and revenue goals
- Build Customer Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high resident satisfaction and retention
- Represent the Organization
- Represent Starling at public events and community functions to promote the community and build relationships with potential customers
- Comply with Laws and Company Policies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living sales
- Skills and Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of upscale retirement housing sales and marketing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
