Job Overview

RoofCrafters Roofing LLC is seeking a Skilled Estimator to enhance our service delivery.

The Estimator's primary responsibility is to generate leads and convert them into satisfied clients through our proven four-step process. This includes conducting roof assessments, presenting multiple options to clients, and fostering strong relationships through effective communication and diligent follow-up. No door-to-door solicitation is required; our focus is on cultivating networks and partnerships for sustained success and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct In-Person Roof Assessments aimed at securing sales
  • Establish rapport and trust with clients
  • Develop and maintain connections with Professional Partners for Networking
  • Offer various roofing, color, style, and payment alternatives to clients
  • Ensure an Outstanding Customer Experience
  • Communicate any customer concerns or issues to Management
  • Regularly update job files with pertinent notes in the company CRM
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as Postcards and Letters
  • Implement Marketing Strategies as directed by Team Lead and Sales Director; collaborate on your own strategies for approval
  • Prepare and execute a daily Sales Plan
  • Expand Market Share; Optimize Territory Performance
  • Engage in continuous education on roofing systems, installation standards, current trends, and product availability
  • Stay informed on material pricing and availability in a fluctuating market
  • Complete Contract Details and Legal Documents accurately and clearly
  • Establish a personal routine that aligns with your work style and adheres to SOPs
  • Participate in weekly and other scheduled meetings
