Inside Sales Product Consultant

The Inside Sales Product Consultant will play a pivotal role in advancing the growth strategies for CECO Environmental's Aftermarket division, focusing on spare, replacement, and upgrade parts solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo excel in this position, the individual must effectively manage the following essential duties:
- Foster, enhance, and broaden relationships within the existing customer base.
- Expand the Industrial Solutions portfolio to meet and surpass sales and revenue objectives through proactive outreach and incoming inquiries.
- Establish and sustain a well-balanced pipeline of sales opportunities to drive bookings and increase revenue.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Industrial Solutions equipment.
- Address technical support inquiries from both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with Engineering and External Sales teams on new product applications and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide customer assistance through online platforms and telephone communication.
- Engage with clients regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Support the implementation and commissioning of new equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize sales tracking tools to monitor the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare pricing quotes and manage follow-up on quotations.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of customer needs, including technical support, training, and sales materials.
- Partner with Customer Service to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in selling filtration or capital equipment, or managing construction projects within industrial markets. A technical background with a fundamental understanding of air handling, filtration, purification, and HVAC system design is preferred.
- Experience in managing project lifecycles in manufacturing settings.
- Familiarity with systems integration, particularly in process analytics, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and legal terminology is beneficial.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of CECO Environmental's product lines and market sectors.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including product interfaces and aftermarket services.
