We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at The Grove at Countryside, a brand new luxury senior living community in the Tampa Bay area.

Role Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales pipelines, conducting sales presentations, closing sales, and achieving monthly sales targets. Working closely with the rest of the Community team, the Sales Director will help ensure the smooth operation of the sales office and support the team in reaching the community's occupancy and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing

  • Develop an effective marketing strategy to reach marketing goals and uphold a positive reputation with the Executive Director.
  • Engage with leads from various sources and convert them into community residents using professional selling techniques.
  • Meet monthly critical success factors to maintain a strong lead pipeline.
  • Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process towards commitment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service for all prospects.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute prospect activities and events.
  • Maintain interest and commitments from prospects through consistent follow-up.
  • Stay informed about best practices in sales and marketing for upscale retirement housing.
  • Represent the organization professionally at public and community events.
  • Adhere to all legal regulations and company policies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of The Grove at Countryside's core values and service culture.
  • Attend weekly strategy meetings with the Executive Director.
  • Submit timely sales reports as required.
  • Keep accurate records of all leads and prospects.
  • Ensure CRM system is up to date with prospect information.

Marketing Strategy

  • Identify competitive opportunities and threats and provide strategic solutions to the Executive Director.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the senior care market.

Revenue Generation

  • Work towards achieving monthly sales goals.

External Business Development

  • Generate leads and move-ins from targeted referral sources.
  • Identify potential referral sources through research.

Resident Move-In Process

  • Guide residents and families through the move-in process.
  • Oversee and manage the move-in process according to checklists.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed before the move-in date.

Leadership and Development

  • Stay updated on professional development in the field.
  • Represent the Community professionally and ethically at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred; relevant sales experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in senior living.

Competitive salary based on experience, with additional commission and production bonuses.
