Enumerate is seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to enhance our dynamic sales team.

With a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, alongside high commission rates and an uncapped commission structure, the earning potential is truly limitless.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing your sales territory through daily prospecting using platforms like Zoominfo and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Identifying and engaging potential clients through networking, cold-calling, and email outreach.
  • Collaborating closely with our Sales Development Representative team during the qualified lead handoff process.
  • Following a structured sales process to uncover opportunities, validate them, identify pain points, present tailored solutions, and negotiate to close.
  • Actively managing and advancing your sales pipeline to achieve closure.
  • Representing the company at industry events to generate new leads through relationship building.
  • Negotiating and finalizing business deals by effectively collaborating with various partners within the organization.
  • Maintaining accurate data hygiene within our Salesforce system for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Fostering positive business relationships to ensure future sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience.
  • Preferred Candidates May Have:
    1. A background in selling substantial SMB or middle-market SaaS solutions.
    2. Experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Sandler, SPIN, SPICED, etc.).
    3. Familiarity with the Property Management or Association Management sectors.
    4. Experience in selling payment processing services, whether on the accounts receivable or accounts payable side.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and convey value to C-level executives.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings.
  • Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
