Head of Sales Enablement

Appian Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales Enablement to join our Solutions Consulting organization in the Financial Services region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships with customers and partners.
You will work closely with the Regional Vice President of Financial Services and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of technical resources into sales campaigns. Your primary focus will be on mentoring and coaching your direct reports, allocating SC and Sr SC resources to accounts within the region, and presenting technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to a C-Level audience.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of business process management platforms, application servers, and tools frameworks. Additionally, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a global team.

**Salary:** $200,000 - $280,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities include: serve as a trusted thought partner and strategy business partner to the Regional Vice President of Financial Services; lead efforts to ensure the delivery of all technical resources into sales campaigns; assist in the production of RFPs and other proposals to clients; propose technical and creative business solutions in support of sales activities; design and deliver high-quality technical Proof of Concepts for prospective customers; present technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to a C-Level audience; and assist with the radiation strategy within the target accounts by building customer relationships.
