Sales Enablement and Operations Expert\

DataSnipper is looking for an experienced Head of Sales Enablement and Operations to join our team in New York. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects from concept through analysis and provide actionable recommendations across the revenue organization. You will also oversee revenue operations deliverables, including forecasting, health reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.

With a strong analytical background and expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and financial reporting, you will own the design, implementation, and optimization of data systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights on revenue performance. You will prepare and present regular updates to the executive leadership team on revenue performance, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.

You will have 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. Your salary will be between $340,000 and $460,000 OTE, depending on your experience and qualifications.
