Vice President of Sales Enablement

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Vice President of Sales Enablement. This role is responsible for leading the team that provides day-to-day support to our Sales team during the sales season, including sales enablement programming, contracting operations, and data hygiene for pipeline reporting and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in an Operations Leadership position or related field, with expertise in planning, process design, and expert communication. They will also have experience supporting working with Growth teams in a Growth Operations-focused role and overseeing CRM or database management tech platform.

This role requires excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and manage a lean team in support of all Growth Operations and Strategy activities.
