This role entails developing and implementing a digital sales enablement strategy that leverages technology, automation, and data analytics to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales department to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital asset library.
  • Design and execute a digital sales enablement plan that aligns with sales objectives.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on utilizing digital tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns and sales processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators.

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and technologies used for sales enablement.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a B2B environment and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective sales enablement strategies. The salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
