">Responsibilities">- Collaborate closely with the sales department to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital asset library.
- Design and execute a digital sales enablement plan that aligns with sales objectives.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on utilizing digital tools effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns and sales processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and technologies used for sales enablement.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a B2B environment and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective sales enablement strategies. The salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
