Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Position:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at First Watch Restaurant Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader who can oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business objectives.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including managing menu offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all aspects of the restaurant meet high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and Implement Processes: Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
  • Menu Knowledge: Knowledge of menu offerings and pricing.
