Position Summary:

Join the dedicated team at Brody Brothers Pest Control as the Operations Director. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operational processes.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements through kaizen principles.
  • Oversee financial management, inventory control, and vendor partnerships.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with ownership to refine budgetary allocations.
  • Engage in strategic-level involvement across all operational aspects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in scaling service-oriented enterprises.
  • Expertise in field service management software and Six Sigma principles.
  • Proficient in routing, zoning, and strategic territory planning.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in warehouse management is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in operations management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks; PestPac experience is a plus.
  • Results-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated stability in previous roles.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in software, data analysis, and analytics.
  • Thrives in both independent and team-oriented environments.
