Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Center Manager to oversee our operations. The Center Manager will play a crucial role in managing the facility, ensuring the provision of exceptional ABA services. This position demands strong leadership capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily center operations, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Lead and support staff, including BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative teams.
  • Organize staff schedules, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
  • Facilitate client intake, enrollment, and service provision to maintain the highest quality of care.
  • Keep precise records and documentation for all clients and personnel.
  • Oversee the center's financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Address and resolve concerns from clients, families, or staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Work with the leadership team to create and execute strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of management experience, ideally in a healthcare or educational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
