Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Lead help desk and operations staff to provide customers with exceptional support for their use of technology, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance daily and inform IS Administration of any difficulties or concerns.
- Documentation: Provide IS Administration with comprehensive Help Desk and Operations Support Documentation, including monthly statistics.
- Data Center Management: Oversee maintenance and logistics for Sinai and Northwest Data Centers, ensuring that staff monitor all central processing hardware units, servers, and associated peripheral equipment.
- Education: Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, with a working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Computer Science or Information Services.
- Full-time Position: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
