The IT Service Center Manager - Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the help desk and operations staff, ensuring the efficient identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems. This role involves managing daily operational activities of the IS Data Centers, including maintenance and logistics for Sinai and Northwest Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Lead help desk and operations staff to provide customers with exceptional support for their use of technology, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff performance daily and inform IS Administration of any difficulties or concerns.
  • Documentation: Provide IS Administration with comprehensive Help Desk and Operations Support Documentation, including monthly statistics.
  • Data Center Management: Oversee maintenance and logistics for Sinai and Northwest Data Centers, ensuring that staff monitor all central processing hardware units, servers, and associated peripheral equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, with a working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Computer Science or Information Services.
