Role Overview:

As a Licensing & Title Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing transactions related to the initial completion of title and registration processes for vehicles across different states. This role is crucial in ensuring that all vehicles maintain compliance with state regulations throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, decision-making capabilities, and analytical proficiency. The ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while exercising discretion and sound judgment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external clients, as well as independent agencies, to facilitate the processing of vehicle title and registration transactions.
  • Identify inquiries that require specialized knowledge and collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Become a knowledgeable resource for state-specific titling and registration processes, providing analysis and recommendations to streamline operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions, addressing any issues that arise through internal task management systems.
  • Assist team members in achieving departmental objectives by monitoring workloads and providing support as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma is required; a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in an office setting is advantageous.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or administrative roles is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to specialized software applications.
