Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operations Officer, Print and Promotions/Apparel to join our team at Strategic Factory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our print and promotional services division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to meet business objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the division's budget and financial performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and support, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans, aligning with company goals and objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and development, recommending initiatives to drive success.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the print and promotional services industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
