In this role, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to enhance our operational capabilities. At Brody Brothers, we prioritize relationship-building and the ability to lead a team effectively. We appreciate individuals who can cultivate strong connections within our workforce and with our clientele. Our team is thoughtfully constructed to maintain a meaningful balance of skills and expertise. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need to be the visionary leader but must possess the capability to execute ideas and navigate both high-level strategic planning and detailed operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational processes.
- Driving ongoing enhancements through kaizen principles.
- Overseeing financial management, inventory control, and vendor relations.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with ownership to optimize financial plans.
- Engaging in all dimensions of company operations at a strategic level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in scaling service-oriented enterprises.
- Proficiency in field service management software and Six Sigma practices.
- Expertise in routing, zoning, and strategic territory management.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, implementation, and analytical abilities.
- Experience in warehouse management is advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in operations management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks; PestPac experience is a plus.
- Results-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated stability in previous employment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in software, data analysis, and analytics.
- Enjoys challenges and is results-driven.
- Thrives in both independent and collaborative work settings.
Brody Brothers Pest Control is a family-owned business dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and addressing pest-related issues effectively. We offer a competitive salary starting at $110,000+/year, along with benefits such as dental, health, and vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
