Position Overview
ARSIEM is seeking a Laboratory Operations Supervisor. This role will provide support to one of our government clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the laboratory system infrastructure, including desktop workstations, network systems, server computers, backup solutions, power and cooling systems, IT asset management systems, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Maintain and manage a diverse software development lab or similar environment, such as a data center.
- Create and manage an IT and asset management inventory database.
- Document laboratory and network configurations.
- Prepare environments for hardware and software testing.
- Conduct installations and upgrades of software and hardware, troubleshooting and maintaining Windows, UNIX, Linux, and proprietary systems.
- Manage inventory of software, hardware, licenses, and spare parts.
- Perform operations, administration, maintenance, and provisioning of networks.
- Execute networking tasks in Internet Protocol (IP), X.25, or vendor-specific environments.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various IT devices and laboratory settings to support development and testing across multiple operating systems.
- Alternatively, four (4) years of laboratory management experience on projects of similar scope may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Clearance Requirement:
This position necessitates an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Candidates must be U.S. citizens to be considered.
