Position Overview:

This full-time role involves managing phone communications, scheduling patient appointments, preparing medical charts, filing documents, entering data into our systems, and verifying insurance information. Additionally, the candidate may assist in the examination room when necessary and take patient vitals as required. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries.
  2. Coordinating appointment schedules efficiently.
  3. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
  4. Assisting with insurance verification processes.
  5. Providing support in the exam room as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment are essential.

Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour.
