Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and executive team to strengthen organizational capabilities and synchronize people strategies with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing HR support to our non-exempt workforce, optimizing organizational structure, personnel, systems, and processes.
  • Lead the recruitment process, actively sourcing and securing high-caliber talent.
  • Address complex employee relations matters with a focus on resolution and ongoing enhancement.
  • Design and implement company-wide initiatives for employee engagement, cultural improvement, and change management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly with a non-exempt workforce; experience in distribution or manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in a matrixed environment with the ability to consult across various key stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and operate in a hybrid work environment.
