Sales Executive for Psychiatric Account Management

Job Description:
This role involves managing field-based accounts, including developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the psychiatric community. As an account manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, maximize resource utilization, and increase sales and market share of assigned products.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Federal Account Executive teams to manage and identify target account opportunities within the VA
- Develop product strategies to fully penetrate these accounts and increase sales volume
- Provide strategic direction regarding target accounts to regional and district teams
- Analyze financial data and assess business impact of target account opportunities
- Partner with Field Sales Managers to evaluate and penetrate non-retail account drivers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 2 years of sales or account management experience
- Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas
- Excellent organizational/project management skills
Compensation: $103,500 - $197,000 per annum
