Sales Territory Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Territory Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets. You will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a solid understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
In this role, you will work closely with our account management and internal sales teams to deepen relationships with key accounts and drive engagement. You will also be responsible for conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, and crafting tailored strategies to capitalize on upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Familiarity with industrial products and technical solutions is REQUIRED.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
- Experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Benefits:
- Average annual salary: $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
- Commission program (30%+ at target and uncapped).
