Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team at Engage8 Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans for our key accounts.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our business relationships with key accounts, including maintaining and building relationships, developing and executing sales and marketing plans, and providing regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of sales orders and account activity.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management that accurately capture all sales activity.
