The position of Sales and Account Executive is available at BC Holdings of Tennessee, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by creating new and prosperous relationships with clients in the Financial Wellness and Education industry.

Job Description

As a Sales and Account Executive, you will educate potential clients about our products and services, their financial wellness impact on business, and career-readiness. You must have the ability to be a self-starter, pre-qualify leads, exhibit confident and effective command of both cold and warm opportunities, and exemplify proven ability to harvest and score acceptable sales closure percentages.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about enhancing the quality of life and well-being of others through award-winning BCH financial education and wellness programs and services. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales goals
  • Become SME (subject matter expert) on financial wellness using DFW program
  • Identify market opportunities and develop a sales plan (region, industry, and company specific)
  • Identify and qualify prospects through cold and warm leads/calls (in person and social media)
  • Gain experience with CRM platforms for prospective and sales activities
  • Organize sales meetings and events
  • Conduct sales presentations
  • Create quotes and proposals
  • Understand client problems and challenges, identify ways BCH can address those needs
  • Serve as BCH's mission spokesperson and community ambassador
  • Devotion to superior client relations and service
  • Attend training sessions, exhibitions, and events
  • Compose, proof, and edit internal and external communications
  • Coordinate workshop logistics with clients and end-users
  • Participate in product development and feedback sessions
  • Travel may be necessary, including international locations

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred (marketing, management, finance, accounting or related field)
  • Broadly 5 years sales experience in corporate and/or federal arena (experience in the financial field is a plus)
  • Zoom, Cisco WebEx, and Microsoft Teams virtual meeting platforms (not required but very helpful)

Other Requirements:

  • Work location onsite (not remote)
  • Bi-weekly Flex Fridays (remote work)
  • Travel is required
  • Passport is required for international travel
  • Covid vaccinations and booster required

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commission (paid quarterly), and profit sharing (paid annually)
  • Potential annual income $100,000 (base salary, commission & annual bonuses)
  • Benefits include federal holidays, vacation, personal days, 401k with 5% match, maturity and paternity leave, health, vision, dental, and other unique benefits (a limited level of premiums are subsidized by BCH)
