Sales and Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new sales leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

About the Role:

  • Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results and achieving sales excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-4 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume market, preferably in the industry-related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Professional presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, clients, and staff.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-starter with excellent listener and task completion skills.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team on special projects.
