Office Administrator

The Office Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including processing sales and rental commissions, maintaining agent and property files, and handling license and agent membership renewals.
- Work closely with the Brokerage Manager to recruit and retain agents, increase SIR office production, and dollar volume.
- Collaborate with corporate staff, vendors, accounting, and Trident reports to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and trust.
- Onboard new agents, manage the agent assimilation process, and train new agents on office procedures and policies.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate networking events, community, office events, and parties to boost morale, teamwork, and production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, office administration, or equivalent years of experience.
- Three or more years' experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations.
- Real Estate background preferred.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of MS Publisher and social media applications, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and company web pages.
