Job Title: Billing Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team at Eldorado Hotel & Spa. As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel, including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing and sending invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including credit card payments and cash deposits
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including analyzing financial data and making recommendations for cost savings
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
