Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Manager and Bookkeeper to join our team at Urbanna Landscaping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative support, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive-level support to our owner-designer, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing office systems and processes, including bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll
  • Providing administrative support to the owner-designer, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Assisting with the analysis of expenses and identifying cost-cutting measures
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports, including job costing and profitability analysis
  • Communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for bookkeeping and administrative support, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
