Job Summary

As an Administrative Manager with the City of Santa Fe, you will be responsible for overseeing the fiscal, personnel, and daily operations of administrative functions for an assigned Department/Division. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and support administrative staff, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of daily activities.
  • Oversee fiscal operations, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to departmental staff as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions
  • Work is performed in a standard office environment.
  • May require occasional travel to departmental locations.

Salary Range
$29.57-$42.88 per hour
