Employee Relations Manager

Infojini is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Human Resources with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, preparing recommendations, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee counseling.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee cases.
- Conduct unbiased investigation interviews, document findings, and collaborate with the Director and Executive Team members to achieve resolution.
- Manage complex investigations, analyze information, and identify discrepancies with compliance policies.
- Provide coaching and recommendations to employees, ensuring clear and effective communication with teammates at all levels.
- Oversee responses to conflicts and provide well-informed recommendations for resolving issues.
- Manage human resources data and documents, including retrieving documents for legal complaints.
- Prepare and present findings to recommend and implement actions for resolving complex human resources issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business/Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least seven years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources management, employee relations, and administration.
- Professional Human Resources certification, such as PHR or SPHR, is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with employment interviews, preparing written documents, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience coordinating documentation, preparing summary reports, and making recommendations on technical and complex personnel issues.
- Ability to establish rapport with staff members, management, and government personnel, and foster positive working relationships.
- Ability to read and interpret policies, federal and state laws, and related forms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
