Job Summary

Infojini is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Human Resources with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, preparing recommendations, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee counseling.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee cases.
  • Conduct unbiased investigation interviews, document findings, and collaborate with the Director and Executive Team members to achieve resolution.
  • Manage complex investigations, analyze information, and identify discrepancies with compliance policies.
  • Provide coaching and recommendations to employees, ensuring clear and effective communication with teammates at all levels.
  • Oversee responses to conflicts and provide well-informed recommendations for resolving issues.
  • Manage human resources data and documents, including retrieving documents for legal complaints.
  • Prepare and present findings to recommend and implement actions for resolving complex human resources issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business/Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least seven years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources management, employee relations, and administration.
  • Professional Human Resources certification, such as PHR or SPHR, is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience with employment interviews, preparing written documents, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience coordinating documentation, preparing summary reports, and making recommendations on technical and complex personnel issues.
  • Ability to establish rapport with staff members, management, and government personnel, and foster positive working relationships.
  • Ability to read and interpret policies, federal and state laws, and related forms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
