Employment Type: Contract/Remote
Compensation: $55- $64/hr, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Offer personalized coaching and developmental feedback to managers and employees regarding employee relations matters.
- Policy & Compliance Guidance: Advise on organizational policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant regulations, mitigate risks, and maintain consistent practices throughout the organization.
- Investigative Support: Guide the appropriate procedures for conducting investigations, create necessary documentation, and provide actionable recommendations for management.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training sessions for both employees and management.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize metrics to identify trends in employee relations, assess organizational effectiveness, and proactively develop suitable training and processes for prevention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various groups including HR Business Partners, Legal, People Operations, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, Talent Management, and Functional Managers to ensure a positive employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partner roles, or equivalent experience in a rapidly growing organization
- Proven experience advising on a diverse range of employee relations issues and conducting investigations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments while effectively balancing schedules and ad hoc requests
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels, with a focus on the employee experience
- A profound sense of empathy and understanding for the needs of diverse groups
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
