Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering administrative assistance in employee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance assessment.
  • Managing, verifying, and maintaining documentation related to personnel processes including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
  • Reviewing and processing employment applications in the Applicant Tracking System to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Analyzing employee records to respond to inquiries and provide necessary information for personnel actions.
  • Gathering information from law enforcement, previous employers, and references to evaluate candidates' employment eligibility.
  • Addressing inquiries from employees, managers, and the Human Resources team, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Facilitating support for employee onboarding and conducting exit interviews.
  • Assisting with data management and file upkeep, including daily data entry and maintenance within the Human Resource Information System.
  • Creating and processing Personnel Action Forms for assigned service locations.
  • Coordinating onboarding administrative tasks and organizing training sessions, both in-house and external.
  • Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated urgency in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care.
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR.
