Employee Relations Advisor

- Delivering administrative assistance in employee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance assessment.
- Managing, verifying, and maintaining documentation related to personnel processes including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
- Reviewing and processing employment applications in the Applicant Tracking System to assess candidate qualifications.
- Analyzing employee records to respond to inquiries and provide necessary information for personnel actions.
- Gathering information from law enforcement, previous employers, and references to evaluate candidates' employment eligibility.
- Addressing inquiries from employees, managers, and the Human Resources team, escalating issues when necessary.
- Facilitating support for employee onboarding and conducting exit interviews.
- Assisting with data management and file upkeep, including daily data entry and maintenance within the Human Resource Information System.
- Creating and processing Personnel Action Forms for assigned service locations.
- Coordinating onboarding administrative tasks and organizing training sessions, both in-house and external.
- Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated urgency in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with care.
- Commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Certification such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR.
