Director of Health Partnership Development

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our healthcare partnerships efforts as a Director of Health Partnership Development. In this role, you will build relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to expand our presence in the market.
With a strong background in sales and account management, you will leverage your expertise to close new business and maintain long-term partnerships. Your ability to work cross-functionally with Oura teams will ensure seamless integration and successful program execution.
We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $215,000 (Region 1), $166,250 to $204,250 (Region 2), or $157,500 to $193,500 (Region 3), depending on your location and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources, among others.
