Accelerators Partnerships Business Development Associate

About the Role:
We're seeking a talented and driven Accelerators Partnerships Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing accelerator programs by complementing their curricula, connecting founders with our powerful resources, and identifying the unique needs of founders in the fast-changing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage accelerators' managing directors and investment teams to build strong relationships and drive business growth
- Immerse yourself in accelerator partners' activities to understand what's important to founders, managing directors, and investors, and use this knowledge to inform our strategy
- Collaborate with our Sales team to increase lead warmth and ensure they have the necessary information to drive conversions
- Develop strategies to maximize exposure within accelerator cohorts and drive product adoption
- Analyze opportunities to drive growth and optimize reporting and workflows for internal stakeholders and accelerator partner contacts
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Salesforce reports, SQL queried data, and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and network effectively
- Broad systems thinking, paired with focused creative problem-solving
- A track record of testing and experimenting based on trends found in data
- An intentional and self-starting personality, with a passion for driving business growth
