Watershed is the leading enterprise sustainability platform. Our clients, including Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens, use our platform to manage climate and ESG data. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team.

The Role:
We are scaling our Partnerships team and looking for an experienced professional to expand our ecosystem and product partnerships. As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing our partner network by understanding our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. You will own the partnership end-to-end, including developing terms, executing partnership agreements, onboarding new partners, and owning partner success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the Watershed ecosystem of partners
- Own the partnership end-to-end
- Drive sales pipeline via identified partnerships

You might be a fit if you have significant experience in Business Development and Partnerships, including past work in ecosystem partnerships. You should have a deep understanding of revenue structures and incentives to successfully design partner programs. Experience in co-branding and co-marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition and growth is also essential.

We strive to design consistent, fair, and competitive compensation programs. The total cash compensation range for this role is $191,790—$289,100 USD. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, paid parental leave, fertility, and mental health programs.
