Sales Director Position

We are a leading national installer of high-value interior finishes, seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our builder sales efforts. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, build strong partnerships, and cultivate a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with homebuilders.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, fostering trust, and driving business development through strategic collaborations.
  • Cultivate a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure exceptional results.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to inform sales strategies, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements and Compensation

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the homebuilder and developer industry.
  • A competitive salary range of $150k - $230k, plus bonus opportunities.
