Marietta Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated client services coordinator/administrative support associate to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses a range of tasks and demands exceptional organizational abilities. We are in search of a proactive and skilled individual who is eager to handle the administrative responsibilities linked to onboarding new clients and enhancing the experience of our current clientele while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate client interactions through various communication channels
  • Oversee data management within the online client portal
  • Monitor processes to guarantee a seamless onboarding journey
  • Compile and organize data, reaching out to clients to provide necessary information
  • Engage with clients regarding their accounts, both current and overdue
  • Provide telephone support, answering and directing calls as needed
  • Deliver administrative assistance including data entry, proofreading, and preparing client correspondence
  • Support team members as required
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Dependable and available to work weekdays with potential additional hours during peak periods
  • Prior experience in a financial services or administrative capacity is preferred
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
