Marietta Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated client services coordinator/administrative support associate to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses a range of tasks and demands exceptional organizational abilities. We are in search of a proactive and skilled individual who is eager to handle the administrative responsibilities linked to onboarding new clients and enhancing the experience of our current clientele while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client interactions through various communication channels
- Oversee data management within the online client portal
- Monitor processes to guarantee a seamless onboarding journey
- Compile and organize data, reaching out to clients to provide necessary information
- Engage with clients regarding their accounts, both current and overdue
- Provide telephone support, answering and directing calls as needed
- Deliver administrative assistance including data entry, proofreading, and preparing client correspondence
- Support team members as required
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Dependable and available to work weekdays with potential additional hours during peak periods
- Prior experience in a financial services or administrative capacity is preferred
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
