Job Overview

Salary:
The Hill Group is in search of a dedicated Service Account Manager to enhance our operations across various divisions. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding service accounts, exploring new business avenues, and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction. The Service Account Manager will collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to achieve departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct regular meetings with key clients to evaluate services rendered, review completed projects, and identify future requirements, ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Build and sustain robust client relationships through consistent communication and engagement.
  • Promptly address and resolve client concerns, maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Business Development:

  • Execute sales calls and presentations aimed at attracting new clients while retaining existing ones.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, warm calls, and strategic outreach.
  • Identify and secure new inspection and service accounts.

Account and Project Management:

  • Estimate, negotiate, and oversee maintenance service agreements, repairs, and projects.
  • Prepare detailed estimates encompassing all costs related to materials, labor, and time.
  • Draft and present comprehensive proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure sales targets are achieved and projects remain profitable.
  • Monitor daily account activities and proactively address any emerging issues.

Operational Coordination:

  • Regularly review service tickets and follow up with clients to ensure all concerns are resolved.
  • Coordinate project execution directly with Service Technicians.
  • Participate in planning meetings to offer guidance and support to clients throughout their projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of bidding activities and project execution.

Administrative and Miscellaneous Duties:

  • Adhere to and contribute to the refinement of company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team and organizational success.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HVAC and control systems is advantageous.
