Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Client Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within the Support Network. This position serves as a key contact for service representatives, addressing inquiries and conducting thorough analysis, research, and troubleshooting of various issues related to resource allocation, case management, and spare parts distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational assistance to the Support Network.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for service representatives, providing answers to inquiries and resolving a diverse range of issues.
  • Offer telephonic support to field representatives as needed.
  • Exhibit exceptional workload management skills, efficiently balancing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Adapt positively to changes in the work environment.
  • Identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with established guidelines relevant to specific responsibilities.
  • Apply fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures pertinent to the field.
  • Engage in significant on-the-job training or formal education in the relevant area.
  • Demonstrate creativity and originality in problem-solving.
  • Contribute independently or collaboratively towards departmental goals.
  • Interface with internal clients and departments to ensure effective communication.
  • Be available to work evenings and occasional weekends based on team requirements.
  • Take responsibility for upholding and enhancing the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, or over 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to make swift and effective independent decisions.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including advanced functions within various software applications.
  • Capability to develop in-depth product knowledge for assigned responsibilities.
