Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement:
- Conduct regular meetings with key clients to evaluate services, review past projects, and identify future requirements.
- Build and sustain robust client relationships through consistent communication and engagement.

Business Development:
- Execute sales presentations and calls to attract new clients while retaining existing ones.

Account and Project Management:
- Estimate, negotiate, and oversee maintenance service agreements and project execution.
- Prepare detailed estimates covering all costs associated with materials, labor, and time.
- Draft and present comprehensive proposals and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with management to ensure sales objectives are achieved and projects remain profitable.
- Monitor daily account activities and proactively address any emerging issues.
Operational Coordination:
- Regularly review service tickets and follow up with clients to ensure all concerns are resolved.
- Coordinate project execution directly with service technicians.
- Participate in planning sessions to offer guidance and support throughout project phases.
- Maintain accurate records of bidding and project execution activities.
Administrative Duties:
- Adhere to and contribute to the refinement of company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary to support team and organizational success.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HVAC and control systems is advantageous.
