Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct regular meetings with key clients to evaluate services, review past projects, and identify future requirements.

Business Development:

  • Execute sales presentations and calls to attract new clients while retaining existing ones.
  • Generate new business leads through networking and strategic outreach.
  • Identify potential opportunities for new service and inspection accounts.

Account and Project Management:

  • Estimate, negotiate, and oversee maintenance service agreements and project execution.
  • Prepare detailed estimates covering all costs associated with materials, labor, and time.
  • Draft and present comprehensive proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure sales objectives are achieved and projects remain profitable.
  • Monitor daily account activities and proactively address any emerging issues.

Operational Coordination:

  • Regularly review service tickets and follow up with clients to ensure all concerns are resolved.
  • Coordinate project execution directly with service technicians.
  • Participate in planning sessions to offer guidance and support throughout project phases.
  • Maintain accurate records of bidding and project execution activities.

Administrative Duties:

  • Adhere to and contribute to the refinement of company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to support team and organizational success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HVAC and control systems is advantageous.
